This is a gorgeous NW Lodge Style home with a large covered wrap around porch located in the new exclusive RiverWild Resort at Mt Bachelor Village. Our beautiful home has alder woodwork and cabinets throughout, along with a stone gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, and solid granite counter tops. There is a King Master Suite with a private master bath and private access to the outdoor covered porch. A Queen Master Suite has direct access to the upstairs bathroom that also shares access to the 3rd bdrm Guest Suite. We are 5 minutes away from downtown Bend and its many fine dining restaurants and shopping boutiques. Mt Bachelor Ski Resort is located 18 mins away. The Deschutes River and hiking Trails are only steps away from our porch and the Deschutes National forest with many mountain biking trails and the High Cascade Lakes for kayaking, are only minutes from our front door. If it's golfing you enjoy, Widgi Creek and the new Tetherow Golf course are both only 1 mile away. Our home in the RiverWild Resort and has access to a gated pool and hot tub for guests only. The hot tub is open year round and the pool is open from Memorial Day through September 30th.
A Bend RiverWild Get Away is a newly built home and has 3 bedrooms with 2-1/2 bathrooms and is approximately 2200 sq.ft. It sleeps 8 comfortably and has lodge style architecture through out that includes alder wood work, stone gas fireplace, slate floors and accents, solid granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas island cook top, porcelain double sinks, wood floors, plush carpeting, air-conditioning, wi-fi, and all of the rooms have 9 ft ceilings with the living room ceiling at 25 ft.
The King Master Suite is located on the main floor and has a beautiful four poster king bed with attached master bathroom and direct access to the outdoor covered wrap around porch. The master bathroom has double sinks, tile counter tops, tiles accents, glass and tile shower with slate floor. There is also a flat panel tv with premium cable channels.
The Queen Master Suite is located upstairs and has a pine sleigh queen bed and tv with access to cable channels. This suite has access directly into the upstairs bathroom that also shares access to the hallway and Guest Suite.
The Guest Suite is located upstairs and has a Queen size bed with a full size leather sofa sleeper and flat panel tv with access to cable channels.
The warm and inviting living area has beautiful alder wood, plush carpeting, comfortable sofas and chairs, and a 42" flat panel television with HD cable channels.
We are one of a few homes in the RiverWild Resort that offers an oversized attached garage and flat level driveway for parking up to 3 cars off of the street.
A Bend RiverWild Get Away has a resort pool and hot tub area which is for the use of resort owners and guests only. The Deschutes River Trail is a short walk down the canyon from our home with hiking, road and mountain biking, fishing, downhill and cross country skiing, snow shoeing, golfing, tennis, rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, ATV, snowmobiling, equestrian, and the list goes on and on are all just min away. Bend is the most perfect place for all your outdoor activities year long or to take the time to just do nothing at all but watch the wild life from our home.
We are only mins away from easy access to the Deschutes National Forest, The Old Mill District, Les Schwab Amphitheater, Downtown, Art Galleries, High Desert Museum, Regal Movie Theaters, Tetherow and Widgi Creek Golf Courses, and all of the wonderful Fine Dining experiences that Bend has to offer.
